Johnny Shu is the Principal of JSBC, leading the company’s development direction, project execution, and strategic growth.
His development perspective was shaped through early professional experience within Intiland, where he gained exposure to structured property development and large-scale residential environments.
Over the years, Johnny has been involved in the planning and delivery of multiple residential projects across Indonesia, ranging from boutique housing clusters to larger-scale developments. He brings strong expertise in project execution, land development, construction coordination, and stakeholder management.
At JSBC, Johnny focuses on building a development platform that is disciplined, scalable, and grounded in long-term value creation.
Yosep Tan
Strategic Partner & Chief Brand Officer
Yosep Tan is the Strategic Partner and Chief Brand Officer of JSBC, responsible for shaping the company’s brand, product direction, and long-term positioning.
With a background in brand strategy and development consulting, Yosep brings a strong perspective on how real estate projects can be designed, positioned, and communicated to create meaningful differentiation and lasting value.
His experience includes exposure to premium residential benchmarks such as Pakubuwono Residence, shaping his understanding of how product, design, and positioning come together in high-quality developments.
At JSBC, he focuses on brand and corporate positioning, product development strategy, and market alignment — ensuring that each project is not only well executed, but conceptually strong and relevant.
